Abstract
Modeling of hybrid system that utilizes both solar and wind energy source to provide power without any kind of disturbances is a powerful system. Considering, a hybrid approach has been introduced in this paper that makes use of both energy sources and drive accordingly depending upon the requirement. For the switching of one source to another or vice-versa, Fuzzy Logic Algorithm has been initiated. Fuzzy Logic utilizes the defined rules based upon which a particular energy source either wind or PV has selected and switch turns on or Off. The experimental analysis has performed using MATLAB simulink model to authenticate the performance of the proposed system. The results concluded that hybrid system can derive maximum power.
