Abstract
The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of entrepreneurial management ontheculturalaspects of entrepreneurship, growth orientation, and philosophyof reward, management structure, strategic orientation,and the tendency of resources for the participation of small and medium enterprises in the international market. Methodology:The data of the research have beenelicited using a standard questionnaire. The population of the study includes the board of directors and the managers of the small and medium companies in Rasht Industrial Park in Iran.The analysis of the data has beencarried out by software. The hypotheses have been investigated through chi-squaretest.
Originality/value:One of the most significant public policiesof many of thecountries in the world is to internationalize small and medium enterprises. A fundamental logic in support of internationalizing small and medium enterprisesis that internationalization is suitable for small companies.
Findings:The research findings revealed that amongthe components, entrepreneurshipculture and resource orientationhave the highest rank and importance. It means that senior managers in these companies possess adequate ideas to produce new products and services and have a tendencytoward using external resources.
Result:The resultsshowthat entrepreneurial management has a positive significant impact onthe participation of small and medium enterprises in the international market.
