Abstract
Abstract: Elderly patients with co-morbidities have an increased risk of perioperative mortality and morbidity from anaesthesia. Here is a case report of one such patient who underwent hemiarthroplasty under continous spinal anaesthesia. This technique was advantageous over single shot spinal , epidural and general anaesthesia.
