Operating management accounting successfully, especially cost estimation, is essential to provide accurate and timely cost information for decision making of administrators. Estimation of production & business cost which is one of the contents of management accounting plays an important role as a scientific and effective management tool. By studying the current status of production cost estimation at enterprises, the paper proposes measures to improve the estimation of production and business costs in enterprises
