THE ANALYSIS OF MUNICIPAL STRUCTURES WORK WITH ELECTRONIC MESSAGES OF CITIZENS

The article deals with the effectiveness evaluating problem of the information system of processing electronic messages of citizens. The large volume of services provided, the dissimilar nature of messages and different living conditions of the population lead to uncertainty in the development of management decisions. For an objective evaluation of the efficiency, it is proposed to use the method DEA, which reduces the mathematical formulation to the problem of linear fractional programming. Uncertainty is taken into account using fuzzy mathematical programming approaches.
