PECULIARITIES OF THE FORMATION OF A MULTI-PURPOSE CADASTRE OF UKRAINE

In the article was analyzed the formation of the National Cadastral System was characterized, the model of the two-component cadastral registration system of Ukraine. The state land cadaster is a modern information, even geoinfomation systems for identification land plots. The outlines of the property are shown on large scale maps which together with registers, may show the nature, size, value, and legal rights. The model of formation of a multipurpose cadastre is presented on the basis of determining the appropriate directions, taking into account each of the constituent parts of the state land cadastre. As a result of the research, it was established that the multi-purpose cadastre should be open, high-tech and understandable; services must be client-oriented; current information must be available in real time.
