Abstract
Iran-Iraq War which established between 1980-1988, resulted with death a lot of people and economic, politic, social damages. In addition, after this war, both the Middle Eastern states and many exterritorial states producted new policies in accordance with their own interests. Therefore, ıt is possible to say that Iran-Iraq War shaped the Middle East, the Middle Eastern states and exterritorial states.
