Abstract
Phytochemicals compounds such as polyphenols are of large interest because of the multiple roles they can play in plants and for their antioxidant properties beneficial for the human beings. For this, the possibility to control in situ their concentrations rapidly and non-destructively can be a useful tool for plant physiology studies as well as to assess vegetable and fruit quality.
