Abstract
An analysis of the use of the teaching-methodological-demonstrative-assistance diagnostic discussion in the teaching of Medicine was carried out, starting from the deficiencies detected in the accomplishment of the diagnostic discussion by the students of this career, determined in a previous study carried out in The Faculty of Medical Sciences of Guantánamo, a methodology was designed to improve the conduct of the diagnostic discussion in this career, describes the steps and requirements to follow, the methodological proposal can be a useful tool for teachers in the conduct of the process Acquisition of clinical reasoning skills in students.
