Development of investigative skills in nursing professionals

Abstract
Partial results of the Institutional Investigative Project are presented for the evaluation of the impact of the methodology for the development of intellectual capital in health services, under development at the University of Medical Sciences of Guantanamo from 2016. The procedures followed correspond with those of a qualitative research that allowed characterizing the investigative competence as an essential component of the professionals of the Nursing Care. Through this bibliographical research it was necessary to conceptualize it while the application of other research methods favored the identification of the level in which it is to establish the problem to be solved in how to contribute to its development in the University Of Medical Sciences Of Guantánamo.
