Abstract
Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia is a rare, idiopathic, benign disease presenting as papules, plaques or nodules in the head and neck region1. Its more common site of involvement is the periauricular area but lesions in the external auditory meatus are relatively rare 2. We present a 30 year-old lady with complaints of multiple erythematous nodules in the right external auditory canal since 6 months. Histopathology showed nodular proliferation of lymphocytes with plump endothelial cells. Correlating the above findings, a diagnosis of Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia was made. We report this case because it has been rarely reported occurring in the external auditory meatus
