Abstract
Primary lymphoma breast (PBL) and gingiva is an extranodal non-Hodgkins type of lymphoma seen rarely in clinical practice. Our patient presented with painless swelling of the upper gingiva and left breast, along with loss of weight and appetite of 1-month duration with multiple co-morbidities. Biopsy from the lesion was reported as diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) with MYC and BCL2 mutation suggestive of double hit lymphoma (DHL). His clinical staging was IIE and international prognostic indicator (IPI) was 45. Considering the patients multiple co-morbidities, nature of the diseases, and prognosis, the patient and relatives opted for palliative chemotherapy
