Abstract
This article considers the various ways of reception of vegetable oil from rice bran. The advantages and differences of extraction with ethyl alcohol, and isopropyl alcohol, hexane and gasoline, petroleum ether and chloroform are given. It is shown that from rice bran it is possible to obtain a vegetable oil balanced by the composition of fatty acids. The necessity of complex processing of rice bran as a secondary raw material for medicine and food industry has been established.
