MODERN EXPERIENCE OF FORECASTING THE TRAINING OF PERSONNEL IN HIGHER EDUCATION

The article is devoted to the study of modern experience in forecasting the training of personnel in the system of higher education, consideration of national models and forecasting systems of the developed countries of the world. The transition of the Republic of Uzbekistan to an innovative model for further development is very relevant for the timely prediction of training in the higher education system. In essence, this process is complex and multifaceted, the study of which requires a comprehensive study of modern experience in this direction.
