Abstract
In this paper the results of a research of emotional burnout in workers of oil and gas industry depending on psychological type are shown. The indexes of emotional burnout are higher at introverts and irrationals in comparison with extroverts and rationals. In stage "intenseness" the index was 64 % higher at introverts. The insignificant difference of indexes was between extroverts and introverts in the "resistance" stage. The stage "lassitude" has been expressed equally and had no high values. Nevertheless we suggest to begin to carry out prevention and treatment of emotional (professional) burnout as soon as possible.
