Abstract
This article shows the examples of specific administrative cases considered by the Judicial Board for administrative cases of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Dagestan, the issues related to the lack of a unified judicial practice in the consideration of cases on administrative claims of prosecutors for contestation the non-normative legal acts of local self-government authorities – the decisions of the local administration to change the type of permitted use of land, decisions on the issuance of a construction permit
