Abstract
Splenogonadal fusion is an extremely rare congenital anomaly that results from abnormal connection between the ectopic splenic tissue and the gonade during embryonic development, frequently associated with cryptorchidism and skeletal abnormalities. This entity should be considered in the differential diagnosis of scrotal masses in children, to avoid unnecessary orchiectomy. We report a case of a child of 5 years old in whom splenogonadal fusion presenting itseflt as a malignant testicular masse.
