Abstract
The clinical method is a fundamental category in the clinical sciences and it uses as a teaching method in the disciplines and subjects in the clinical cycle of medical career contributes to the systematization of all those skills that as a system are integrated into the execution. The development of these skills is essential in the diagnostic process in medicine. This article is done with the aim to explain the methodology used in diagnostic collective discussion that takes place during the stay in psychiatry students of 5th year medical career. Aspects are analyzed in four specific areas: the preparation of the discussion, the development of the same findings and evaluation.
