Abstract
Abstract. Purpose. The purpose of this article is to study and systematize the main indicators of the efficiency of the heat supply system and the factors that affect them. Methodology. The authors analyzed the main indicators of the efficiency of the heat supply system, its subsystems and elements. The main criteria for making effective decisions on the further development of heat supply systems are considered. Results. According to the structure of the centralized heat supply system, the main indicators of the efficiency of the heat supply system are grouped. The main factors that affect the state of the heat supply system are systematized. The criteria for making a decision on the further development of the heat supply system is a complex indicator of the technological efficiency of the heat supply system, consisting of three parts: economy; ecological compatibility; degree of technical excellence (reliability, longevity, maneuverability). Practical value. Understanding the classification of the main effectiveness' parameters of functioning of heat supply system and the influence factors will allow to manage the structure of energy efficiency increase in individual subsystems and elements of the heat supply system, at separate stages, which in combination will ensure the effectiveness of the entire system.
