Abstract
A case of a patient with Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome with chronic renal failure on hemodialysis terminal was reported. The only patient in the province with this condition in which the treatment protocol and the final treatment with disposable instruments used in each treatment. Know and extreme biosecurity measure in the management of HIV-positive patient avoids nosocomial infections and contamination of the personnel performing the treatment or handling materials and instruments used in dialysis.
