Abstract
Scar Endometrioma is one of the rare late complications of LSCS. It usually occurs after pelvic surgeries like hysterotomy, LSCS, hysterectomy, tubal ligations, ovarian cyst excision and laparoscopic surgeries.Here we present a large endometrioma arising at LSCS scar site.
