Abstract
Small heart anomalies is a quite frequent congenital pathology of childhood, often manifests in a later age period. Clinical and instrumental characteristics of small heart anomalies (open oval window, additional chord, mitral valve prolapse) have shown that in the absence or minimal cardiac manifestations, serious ECG disorders are possible in a number of patients requiring a cardiologist to monitor the patient dynamically.
