On the results of testing of carbon steel to stretching

Carrying out tests of carbon steel on stretching is used in the study of the discipline of mechanics on the topic "Central stretching — compression." The results of such tests are well known, they can be found in the literature. In this paper we are talking about the test of carbon steel for strength in conditions of elevated temperatures. The dependence of the tensile strength of carbon steel on the heating temperature is given.
