Methodology for the development of intellectual capital in health services

The present work constitutes the main result of the "Project Investigative and Institutional for the development of the intellectual capital in the services of health in Guantánamo", developed from 2013 to 2015. The procedures continued in this investigation together with those of a qualitative investigation as long as they allowed to design, to settle down and to evaluate a methodology for the development of the intellectual capital in which count the services of health in Guantanamo. The fundamental contribution of this result constitutes to the determination of the dimensions and indicators to reach the relevancy and effectiveness in the different proposals for the educational, academic development and scientific of the professionals of the health. The experimental application of the methodology was established for the successful development of the human resources in the health.
