Abstract
The Wolfram´s syndrome is an inherited degenerative DIDMOAD neuroendocrine disorder characterized by the association of diabetes insipidus, diabetes mellitus onset youth, optic atrophy, sensorineural hearing loss and other disorders. Two brothers are presented with Wolfram syndrome treated at the Hospital-Cuba Friendship with Algeria, El Oued, Algeria, in August 2015. It is important to early detection due to the devastating physical and emotional consequences in patients who have it.
