Abstract
A literature review related to the development and implementation of such use in Cuba, is used taking into account the different stages of the information and communications technology (ICT) in the national education system, basing communicative, motivating pedagogical potential ,navigation Information Technology and Communications, and the elements within it. And as the presence of ICT in universities has not had the same acceptance by teachers, considering their educational and pedagogical potential as a teaching they can not take advantage considering that: They provide interactivity with students, teaching them and evaluating every class. It facilitates and evaluates the knowledge and skills you have, as do questions of representations books. Affect the development of skills through exercises and simulate complex processes.
