Abstract
In the article the intensity of the processes of lipid peroxidation in the germins of the liver in the control and under the influence of borocin in the concentrations (0,00001%, 0,001%, 0,005%) at different stages of development during the period of crushing of blastomers is investigated. It is shown that the effects of borocin in the concentrations studied increase the intensity of lipid peroxidation processes in the initial stages of development. The obtained results suggest that the germs of Misgurnus fossilis L. in the stages of synchronous blastomeric divisions are a convenient and adequate test system for the study of the influence of pharmacological and chemical factors on living organisms.
