Abstract
There is a never-ending demand of candidates with good communication skills in global job market The basic reason is that the world is one global family with diverse language and ethnic culture and English is one of the mostly spoken global languages and thus, it becomes necessary for the prospect candidates to know the language as it is the only medium of communication Thus, making it more challenging for the regional local students to equip with the power of English language Over the decades English has given more importance in the Indian curriculum in the hope of providing more exposure and employability opportunity for the young graduates My study in the paper and examples are basically for the technical institute since I am working in a technical institute. The reference is basically drawn from my own teaching experiences. The aim of the paper is to share few of my perspective and how English teacher needs to maintain the students' technical knowledge and groom them to compete in the global job market related to skills and English knowledge. There are many engineering graduates in India who are not employable due to lack of communication skills
