Human Resource Management as a differential competitive for Education and School Management

Abstract
The article aims to analyze the current problems of school management and at the same time, verify changes in attitudes in the actions in the network of Amapa state Public Education. The methodology, descriptive with qualitative approach exploring renowned authors on this theme, with its references that deal with the school management, in order to clarify the main issues of psychological development connected with education. In the discussion of the results the authors state that the ideal is to reflect more about the old pedagogical practices that crystallized education has become a "mold" in the school environment. From this position to understand the true meaning of humanitarian pedagogy facing reality, to a life centered on a critical, reflective and creative spirit. The conclusion is given in the figure of school management which is very important in this process, when acts as intervenor in learning, bringing to his disciples, the knowledge already systematized for teachers to pass on to his students, acting directly on the main issues: Redevelopment, recreate, transforming knowledge into sharing for your school community.
