Abstract
An infrequent (≤1.2%), aggressive B lymphocyte non hodgkin's lymphoma is designated as a Burkitt's lymphoma, which may present as an extra-nodal tumefaction or as an acute leukaemia [1]. A well
delineated clinico-pathological disorder, Burkitt's lymphoma elucidates minimal morphological, phenotypic and molecular diversity.
