ESSENCE AND CONTENT PROFESSIONAL SUBJECTITY OFFICIAL ARMED FORCES OF UKRAINE

The article analyzes the theoretical issues of determining the essence and content of the professional subjectivity of the officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as an integral, professionally important quality that determines the life and professional prospects of officers as subjects of military-professional activity. It has been established that professional subjectivity determines the tendency and ability of a person to initiate and regulate professional activity in accordance with internal criteria of efficiency and expediency in situations that provide for a certain freedom of choice and responsibility for it. The determining quality of subjectivity is the authorship of their own lives, which is impossible without self-determination, the expressiveness of a particular position of a person. The problem of the development of subjectivity is reflected in the lack of development or disproportions of its individual components.
