Institutional aspects of regulation of creative development of the national economy

Different aspects of state regulation of the creative development of the national economy are investigated, processes of economic and political interactions at different levels of public administration concerning the coordination and development of scientific and technical potential for the development and implementation of creative projects are analyzed. In order to find out the real state of regulatory policy and its potential for improving the creative development, the rating of the domestic economy has been analyzed according to the transparency indicators of the regulatory policy, the Global Indicators of Regulatory Governance, the business regulation of the FDI Regulatory Restrictiveness Index, the ease of Doing Business, the Global Competitiveness Index Global Competitiveness Index. The recommendations on the institutional settlement of issues of strengthening the creation of the economy have been agreed upon with OECD principles.
