Abstract
An analysis is performed to study the combined effects of thermal radiation and MHD on unsteady flow past a uniformly accelerated vertical plate in a rotating fluid in the presence of thermal radiation. An exact solution is obtained for the axial and transverse components of the velocity by defining a complex velocity. The effects of magnetic field, rotation, radiation, free-convection parameters and components on the plate are discussed.
