Abstract
Modern concepts of the role and possibilities of rational use of natural fuels with renewable non-traditional analogues at the scientific and technical level of terrestrial civilization in the context of their ecological component in the surrounding natural environment are considered, compared and generalized. The reserve resources of coal production are indicated as an additional reserve in the world energy sector.
