Abstract
The article deals with the evaluation of human capital in the system of strategic development of an industrial enterprise using a balanced system of indicators of the intellectual component of the human capital of an industrial enterprise is proposed, which provides the enterprise with the appropriate infrastructure for achieving strategic goals. Elements of the component of training and development of human capital: preservation of personnel, staff competence, favorable climate, employee efficiency, participation in the adoption decisions, the level of assistance and support from colleagues, the encouragement of initiative and creativity, the alignment of personal goals with corporate, are aimed at implementing the strategic goal of the component – providing the appropriate infrastructure to achieve all the previous objectives of the enterprise.
