BASIC ELECTROPHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF PHOTOCONVERTERS, CLASSIFICATION OF MEASUREMENT METHODS AND CALCULATION OF CURRENT-VOLTAGE CHARACTERISTICS

The article describes the process of converting photoenergy into electrical energy. Several formulas for calculating the current-voltage characteristic, the duty cycle and the efficiency of the solar panel are considered based on the flash current data and the no-load voltage produced by the solar panel. Classification of methods for measuring the current-voltage characteristic is also given.
