The acceleration program of startup school «Baikal» aimed at the development of small and medium business on the territory of Irkutsk region

The article describes the essence and mechanism of this project as a private institution for support and development of small and medium-sized businesses in the Irkutsk region, analyzes the need for the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the Russian Federation, describes the situation associated with the development of small and medium sized business in the Irkutsk region, describes the main results of the startup school in the period from September 30, 2017 to December 9, 2017.
