INFLUENCE AN IMPURITY 2 Pь ON THE DEFECT FORMATION IN CRYSTALS K2SO 4

The article provides the researches impurity 2 Pь on defect formation in the irradiated sulfates 2 4 K SO . Using methods of thermoactivation spectroscopy and X-ray luminescence, we have researched defect formation mechanisms in the crystals K SO  Рь 2 4 irradiated with roentgen rays. The capture levels appearing in after radiation are researched by method of thermostimulated luminescence (TSL).
