Abstract
Effective use of the land-real estate is possible only in the conditions of high investment attractiveness of the land plots, which are registered as a part of basic assets of balance sheets. The investment attractiveness of land depends on the number of capital investments in the development of land plots, which form a capitalized land fund that is to be fixed in the system of national accounting.
