Abstract
With the constant growth of the world's population, the growing demand for agricultural products, especially wheat, is of paramount importance. The demand for durum wheat products, such as pasta, confectionery, etc., is growing every day. Depending on the irrigation regimes, the dates of sowing of durum wheat are important in the development of scientific foundations for the technology of their cultivation. In our experiments, the relationship between the yield of wheat and the quality of grain with its biological characteristics, the timing of inoculation, the norms of mineral fertilizers, and the amount of precipitated precipitation in the conditions of sierozem soil of a hot climate was revealed.
