Abstract
Students can not do without regular motor activity to maintain mental performance and maintain health. This is confirmed by numerous studies. A form of physical activity of students to maintain mental performance is an independent physical training. This form of physical activity involves physical education and sports in their free time. Independent physical training can include a variety of sports: running, swimming, football, tennis, cycling, skiing, hockey and many other sports.
