FEATURES OF FORMATION OF SELF-DETERMINATION OF PUPILS IN THE POLYCULTURAL EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT

The article theoretically substantiates and proves the need for the formation of multicultural competence among students-future teachers in the school. The concepts of "multicultural competence", "socio-subject competence" under which formulated a comprehensive definition of the multicultural competence of future teachers who are able to work in the school; its component composition and technology of formation in the educational process of a modern pedagogical university.
