Abstract
This article considers the dynamic model of flow volume of Amu Darya River and Zeravshan River. Based on the long-term observation series of the actual conditions, we developed the dynamic models of temperature regime of the Northern Hemisphere of the Earth and parameters of the temperature distributive law in Central Asia as well as the dynamic model of the Amu Darya River and Zeravshan River flow depending on the energy of the solar radiation.
