Abstract
The article deals with the phenomenon of information environment in organizations, the division of information environment into levels (high, medium and low) and the analysis of the relationship of the selected levels of information environment with the socio-psychological characteristics of organizational culture, such as group cohesion, socio-psychological climate, job satisfaction are offered.
