Abstract
The results of 54 patients' treatment with acute biliary pancreatitis. Clinical and morphological forms of the disease were distributed as follows: edematous form - 31 (57.4%) patients, pancreanecrosis - 23 (42.6%) patients. When used in diagnostic ultrasound program and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography to visualize the causes and nature of pancreatic lesions of the gallbladder, minimally invasive treatment strategy was used, which allowed to eliminate the impact of pathogenic factors (gallstones and biliopancreatic hypertension) on the process of progression of destructive changes in pancreatic tissue.
