Abstract
Myotonic dystrophy is an autosomal dominant condition with a prevalence of 1 in 8000. Here we introduce a unique case this condition presenting percussion myotonia; its diagnosis is usually made clinically and using ElectromyographyNerve Conduction Study. Phenytoin and mexiletine are the preferred agents for whom requiring an anti-myotonic drug.
