Abstract
This paper investigates the usage pattern of e-resources by faculty members who are working in the Shimoga Institute of Medical Sciences, Shimoga. In this study, it is trying to understand the purpose of using E-resources and frequency of access to the internet by the faculty members of SIMS. Th study also highlights about the usage of types of medical e-resources, usage of web browsers and search engines by the faculty members of SIMS. The satisfaction level among faculty members of SIMS towards the E-resources and barriers in use of E-resources has been identified in this study.
