Abstract
The article is devoted to the legal analysis of libel, a crime under Art. 128.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, committed against the employee of the penitentiary system. The article discusses the objective and subjective signs of the composition, problematic issues of constructive signs of a crime.
