Abstract
Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis is one of the most common diseases in children which along with other rheumatological diseases relate to severe, potentially disabling somatic pathology of childhood period that has a high medical and social significance. Family susceptibility and the presence of markers can predict a congenital predisposition to the disease. In our studies, we also obtained the results of the presence of burdened heredity in children with JRA, regardless of the forms of the disease.
