PERSONAL-DEVELOPMENT METHOD OF FORMATION OF READINESS OF FUTURE ENGINEERS IN AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY TO PROFESSIONAL SELF-REALIZATION

In the article the subject of the research is the process of forming the readiness of future engineers in the automotive industry for professional self-realization. The purpose of the work is to determine the theoretical substantiation of the essence of the individual-developing method of forming the readiness of future engineers of the automobile industry for professional self-realization. The methodology of the work is the essential provisions of a personally oriented approach. The results of the work are an analysis of scientific literature, obtained and processed results of the students' survey, developed methods and techniques for the formation of the specified readiness. Recommended for the professional training of students of institutions of higher technical education. The method developed by the author complements and extends the content of the theory and method of vocational education.
